Her musical journey began with active performances during her school days at Saint Paul’s School Morar Gwalior. Mamta, known for her soulful renditions, ventured into Bhojpuri albums before gaining widespread recognition in Bollywood.

In her illustrious career, Mamta Sharma achieved a breakthrough with the super hit movie “Dabangg,” where she collaborated with music director Lalit Pandit. The iconic item song “Munni Badnaam Hui” became a chartbuster, earning her critical acclaim and a Filmfare award for Best Playback Singer (Female). Her musical prowess extended to the Telugu remake of “Dabangg,” titled “Gabbar Singh,” where she contributed to the success with the song “Kevvu Keka.”
