Allari Naresh Opens Up About The Changing Nature Of Comedy

Allari Naresh is known for his comedy films and has delivered several successful entertainers as we all know.

After taking up serious roles for some time he is now returning to full-fledged comedy with Ramba Oorvasi Menaka which releases this weekend.

Naresh says comedy films have become harder to make because audiences already get plenty of funny content through memes and social media.

He believes filmmakers need much fresh ideas and original situations to make audiences laugh in theatres. He also feels political correctness has made writers more careful as jokes should not hurt any person, community, gender or group.

Naresh revealed that he imitated a few actors in the film for comedy scenes but ensured the jokes remained respectful. Ramba Oorvasi Menaka marks his return to comedy after a long gap.
