Manasa, a young woman, stumbles into keyboardist Jai in Milan and begs him to protect her from thugs pursuing her. Jai settles the dispute amicably, and Manasa and Jai gradually warm up to one another. Manasa asks Jai to leave her one day because she can’t bear to be apart from him if their connection continues to grow because of her family’s rules. When Jai eventually makes it back to India, he convinces Manasa’s violent brother Poorna to reconsider his mind. Poorna then extends an invitation to Jai to visit his violent and conservative community.
With the exception of Manasa’s uncle Uma, Jai transforms the family’s violent character and makes them more likable. The family of Manasa declares their desire to wed her to Jai. Manasa confesses her love to Jai, who then discloses that he is the opposing family’s son Deva and informs Manasa about his background.
Past: Jai’s mother Latha did not want to stay there, so she left Deva with Jai despite his desire to stop the needless violence in his town. Years later, Jai establishes himself as a prosperous businessman and founder of a reputable construction firm. Jai visits his family after learning more about them and develops feelings for his cousin Vennela. Jai did not like Uma’s criticism of Deva after he threatens to give him some land but Deva refuses. As a result, Jai begins stalking Manasa’s family without exposing who he is.
When Vennela receives a marriage proposal, she calls Latha and confesses her love for Jai. When they find out, they all decide to get married. The Inspector informs Deva that the hostility is rekindling because of Jai during the wedding. The adversaries then show up, and Jai begins murdering them. Latha passes away during the struggle, and Deva banishes Jai and holds him responsible for her passing.
Present: Uma challenges Jai, saying that if he can use violence to subdue his men and succeed, then Uma will adopt Jai’s nonviolent strategy. After defeating them, Uma asks Jai if he can take on the rival’s son, not realizing that it is actually Jai, and that he will wed Manasa to Jai. Jai subsequently becomes enraged at Uma for being stubborn and reveals his true identity. Uma starts to fight with Jai and tries to kill him, but Jai fights back and says that fighting just makes the conflict worse and that the only way to stop it is through peace. The family of Manasa approaches Uma and requests her to take into account how Jai affected their family.
When Manasa’s verbally impaired father declares that Jai should live, Uma undergoes a shift. Deva, who had just come, was watching this. Jai is welcomed back into the family by Deva, who begs for his pardon for exiling him in the first place. With Manasa’s support, Jai rejoins Vennela.
