Fabian Wagner

Biography:

German cinematographer Fabian Wagner was born on April 25, 1978. Munich, West Germany, is where Wagner was born.

He received a master’s degree at the Northern Film School in Leeds. Wagner started off doing short films and music videos. He started working on television shows for the BBC and ITV on a regular basis in 2008. Since then, he has worked nearly entirely for American and British film studios. He shot all six episodes of the 2008 BBC Three drama series Spooks: Code 9, which was his first job as a cinematographer for a television program. He is now among the youngest members of the British Society of Cinematographers and has been nominated for both the ASC and BSC awards.
