Ashwath Bhatt, born on July 5, 1975, is an acclaimed Indian film actor recognized for his performances in various movies, including IB71, Mission Majnu, Sita Ramam, Raaz Reboot, Rakkhosh, Raazi, Phantom, Kesari, and Haider.
Born in Shrinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India, Ashwath Bhatt belongs to a Kashmiri Pandits family. In 2001, he earned a scholarship from the National School of Drama (NSD) and later completed his studies at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, Hammersmith, London, in 2003.
His Bollywood journey commenced with the film Lamhaa: The Untold Story of Kashmir in 2010. Following this, he took on another significant role in Meghna Gulzar’s Raazi, starring alongside Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. Notably, in 2019, he played a pivotal role alongside Akshay Kumar in Anurag Singh’s Kesari film.
