Biography:

Vineeth Sreenivasan, born on October 1, 1984, is a multifaceted talent in the Malayalam cinema industry, excelling as a playback singer, actor, film director, screenwriter, producer, lyricist, creative director, and dubbing artist. His lineage includes his father, the esteemed Malayalam screenwriter and actor, Sreenivasan.

In his formative years, Vineeth pursued his primary education up to the 10th standard at Rani Jai Higher Secondary School. Later, he earned a degree in mechanical engineering from KCG College of Technology in Chennai.

His acting journey commenced with the Malayalam film “Cycle,” where he played one of the main protagonists, marking a successful start at the box office. Subsequently, he appeared alongside his father in the movie “Makante Achan.”

Vineeth is not only known for his acting prowess but also for his musical talent. He often writes the lyrics for his album songs and has directed his own music videos. His versatility extends to singing, where he received accolades like the AMMA Best Male Singer Award in 2008 for his songs “Mampullikkavil” and “Jillu Jillu” and was recognized as the Best Male New Face of the Year by Asianet, primarily for his role in “Cycle.”
