Bujji and Bhairava

Story:

Bujji and Bhairava, the animated prelude to Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi film “Kalki 2898 AD,” featuring a stellar cast including Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani, is set for release on June 27. As a lead-up to this major release, the director has introduced a two-part animated series showcasing the characters Bujji (Keerthy Suresh) and Bhairava (Prabhas) and the world they inhabit.

Produced by Green Gold Animation, renowned for “Chhota Bheem,” and Vyjayanthi Movies, the story is set in the year 2896 in the futuristic city of Kasi. Bhairava is a bounty hunter aspiring to enter the Complex, while BU-JZ1, an AI pilot of a cargo ship, awaits her promotion. At their lowest points, these two unlikely companions meet and embark on a thrilling journey of ambition, adventure, partnership, and primarily friendship.

The series is streaming on Amazon Prime Video from May 31 in Telugu, Hindi, English, and Spanish. Bujji and Bhairava delves into the friendship and bond between the duo ahead of the film’s release.
