The Rise of Ashoka

Story:

The Rise of Ashoka will be released in theaters on February 27 by Sathish Ninasam. Following the death of its original director, Vinod Dondale, the movie was doubtful. Manu Shedgar, a former editor who had previously worked on Kshetrapati and Avatara Purusha, took over as director to finish the remaining parts of the project. According to reports, the story is a tale of bravery and revolt, set in a rough, historical environment that combines drama and action. In order to reach the intended release date, the crew is currently working on post-production.

In addition to Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu, The Rise of Ashoka will be released in theaters. The film, which is the first joint venture between Vruddhi Creations and Sathish Picture House, stars Sapthami Gowda alongside Sathish. B Suresha, Achyuth Kumar, Sampath Maitreya, Gopal Krishna Deshpande, and Yash Shetty are also part of the ensemble cast.

Technically speaking, the movie had action scenes choreographed by Ravi Varma and Vikram Mor, cinematography by Lavith, and music by Poornachandra Tejaswi. For Sathish, the movie provides an opportunity to appreciate Vinod Dondale’s vision in addition to exploring a new role. With its rich ensemble, technical finesse, and ambitious storytelling, The Rise of Ashoka is poised to make a mark in Kannada cinema and beyond.
