TheatreHuma Qureshi plays the lead in Nachiket Samant’s forthcoming comedy-drama film, Single Salma. Huma Qureshi, Saqib Saleem, and Firuzi Khan are producing the film under the banner of Amol Kagne Studios.On October 31, 2025, Single Salma is scheduled to hit theatres.
The protagonist of the tale is a woman from the Indian town of Lucknow who has dedicated her life to providing for her family. However, her single status and the idea that she is still “unsettled” continue to characterise her despite her perseverance and sacrifices.
