Story:

Sehari, a 2022 Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy film, marks the directorial debut of Gnanasagar Dwaraka. Introducing fresh faces to the screen, Harsh Kanumilli and Simran Choudhary portray the lead roles. The film draws its title from the popular song of the same name featured in the 2009 film “Oy!”.

Under the musical direction of Prashanth R Vihari, the film’s soundtrack sets the mood, while cinematographer Suresh Sarangam and editor Ravi Teja Girijala contribute their expertise to the visual storytelling. Produced by Virgo Pictures, Sehari hit the theatres on February 11, 2022.

The plot revolves around Varun, a troubled young man reeling from a tumultuous breakup with his toxic girlfriend, Subbalachmi. Despite warnings from his friends Vasu and Vinni, Varun rushes into marriage with Aliya.

However, amidst the wedding preparations, fate intervenes, steering Varun’s heart towards Aliya’s older sister, Amulya. Amulya, a seasoned fashion designer, finds herself unexpectedly drawn to Varun, despite their four-year age gap.

The film unfolds a tale of unexpected love and the complexities that accompany it.

Varun’s journey, fueled by the emotional aftermath of his past relationship, takes unexpected turns as he navigates newfound feelings for Amulya amidst the chaos of wedding arrangements.
