Story:

Sarikothaga, a Telugu family-drama short film from the Katha Sudha series, starred Subhalekha Sudhakar and was directed by Vara Mullapudi. It debuted on ETV Win on August 9, 2026. The protagonist of the story is Rajarao (Subhalekha Sudhakar), a controlling and unflexible family elder who is getting close to retirement age. His tight rules and problematic conduct make life tough for his family.Priya, his daughter-in-law, is so frustrated by his persistent meddling that she is on the verge of filing for divorce.Rather than simply leaving, Priya partners up with her mother-in-law, Lalitha, to impart a valuable lesson on the importance of family ties to the obstinate Rajarao.
