Story:

Mantra is a 2007 Indian Telugu thriller film directed by Tulasi Ram and starring Charmy Kaur and Sivaji.

Diary (2009) was promoted as a sequel to this film; however, the two films are unrelated. Mantra 2 which claimed to be the sequel of Mantra was released in 2015 and has no connection with the Mantra crew.

PLOT

Mantra wants to sell her ancestral home. The place is haunted and the buyer wants someone to stay in the house for 3 months. Mantra decides to stay in the home and rest of the story is how they uncover the mystery of the home.
