TheatreLittle Soldiers is a Telugu-language children’s film created by Gunnam Gangaraju, who wrote, directed, and produced the movie. The cast includes Kavya, Baladitya, Kota Srinivasa Rao, and Brahmanandam, with music composed by Sri.
The story revolves around Major Harishchandra Prasad, who takes in his grandchildren after they are orphaned in an accident. Initially, the children are resentful of their grandfather, but over time, they grow to appreciate him.
Upon its release on 2 February 1996, Little Soldiers received positive reviews, both for the film and its soundtrack. It won six state Nandi Awards, including the Silver for Best Feature Film, and the National Film Award for Best Child Artist, awarded to Kavya. The film was also showcased at the International Film Festival of India and was dubbed into Tamil as Kutti Sippaigal.
