Idhu Namma Aalu

Story:

Pandiraj wrote, co-produced, and directed the 2016 Tamil-language romantic comedy film Idhu Namma Aalu. In addition to Soori and Jayaprakash in supporting parts, the film stars Silambarasan, Nayantara, and Andrea Jeremiah. Kuralarasan wrote the music for this film, which was produced by T. Rajender. Despite receiving a mixed reception upon its premiere, this much awaited movie went on to become a box office hit. A portion of the movie was reshot in Telugu as Sarasudu (2017), with Soori and Satyam Rajesh playing different parts.

Plot

Vaasu (Soori) is Shiva’s (Silambarasan) driver and fellow IT engineer. When he meets Myla (Nayanthara) to propose marriage, he falls in love with her right away. Myla wants to talk to him in private and inquires about his ex-girlfriend Priya (Andrea Jeremiah). Shiva concedes that he still loves her. After that, he decides to leave the house, but Myla says yes to the marriage proposal.

Shiva reveals his previous love story and the details of their breakup when they eventually start talking on the phone. Myla first puts Shiva to the test out of a profound love, and eventually they become a love locked pair. Their marriage is dissolved after their parents quarrel over a little matter one day. Myla tries suicide since she can’t let go of Shiva, but his father (Jayaprakash) saves her. Reunited, Myla and Shiva tie the knot. As the plot develops, they eventually become parents and lead happy lives.
