The action starts in a Naxal-infested location where a state policeman and Naxals are engaged in gun combat. The Naxals lose a lot of troops in the combat. They choose to turn themselves in to the government and give up on waging war. After being subjected to numerous acts of torture while incarcerated, a top jail official offers the Naxals the opportunity to work as hit men for the police.
