Story:

Arjuna Phalguna, a 2021 Telugu film, blends clever crime elements with heart-light comedy. Written and directed by Teja Marni, the movie showcases Sree Vishnu as Abbayi, a tech whiz whose life takes a hilarious U-turn when a bomb blast rips through his family’s peace.

In the serene village of East Godavari, five inseparable friends Arjun, Ram Babu, Thadodu, Oscar, and Shravani—share a deep bond, weathering life’s ups and downs together. Arjun, a staunch Jr NTR enthusiast, chooses to stay in his hometown, assisting his father in their dairy business.

The friends encounter a crisis when Thadodu’s house faces foreclosure by the bank. To buy time, Arjun sacrifices his cherished cow for a bribe to the corrupt bank manager, acting on the advice of the village Sarpanch, Naresh.

Intent on launching a soda business, Arjun faces further obstacles when the unscrupulous bank manager demands another bribe. Forced into a corner, the friends reluctantly agree to transport Cannabis for funds, setting off a chain of events involving a corrupt police officer, Subba Raju “Subbu.”

The narrative unfolds as the gang narrowly escapes various predicaments, leading them to confront the Sarpanch’s deceitful land-grabbing schemes.
