Madhesh gained recognition primarily for his debut film “Madhurey,” released in 2004, and for directing Vijayakanth’s milestone 150th film, “Arasangam,” in 2008.

In addition to his directorial career, Madhesh has also been involved in film distribution, handling the release of several movies, including “Thulluvadho Ilamai” and “Villain” in 2002.
