Vichithra

Vichithra, an Indian actress recognized for her predominantly Tamil film career, also made notable appearances in Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada cinema. Her entry into the popular reality show Bigg Boss Tamil (Season 7) in 2023 furthered her presence in the public eye.

Her breakthrough role came in the Selva-directed film “Thalaivasal” (1992), where she portrayed the character ‘Madippu’ Hamsa, showcasing her versatility and glamour on-screen. She continued to shine in supporting roles, leaving an impression with her performances in movies like “Rasigan” (1994), “Muthu” (1995), and the ensemble film “Suyamvaram” (1999).

Her personal life was marred by tragedy when her father, actor Williams, fell victim to a fatal robbery incident in September 2011. This unfortunate event left a profound impact on her family.
