Story:

“Aranmanai 3” is a 2021 Indian Tamil-language comedy horror film directed and written by Sundar C. The movie features an ensemble cast including Sundar, Arya, Raashii Khanna, and Andrea Jeremiah, along with several other prominent actors. Produced by Khushbu under Avni Cinemax, the film is the third installment in the Aranmanai film series.

The story centers around Jyothi (played by Khanna), who faces threats from a vengeful spirit while she attempts to uncover the truth with the help of her relative Ravi (played by Sundar).

Initially announced in January 2020, filming for the movie was scheduled to begin in February. However, production and release were delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Aranmanai 3” hit theaters on October 14, 2021, coinciding with Ayudha Puja. Notably, it marked the posthumous release of actor Vivek. The film received mixed to negative reviews, with criticism directed at its generic action sequences, outdated plot, and the ensemble cast. However, Raashii Khanna’s performance and the film’s score were praised.
