Vichu Vishwanath is an Indian actor known for his appearances in Tamil language films and serials, where he often takes on comedy and supporting roles, frequently collaborating with director Sundar C. Born in Coimbatore, India, he attended RK Sreerangammal Kalvi Nilayam Higher Secondary School in the same city. Vichu is married to Hemalatha, and they have a daughter named Kokila. He embarked on his acting journey with his debut role in the 1990 film “Sandhana Kaatru,” where he portrayed a villainous character alongside actors Sarathkumar and Vijay Krishnaraj. Interestingly, it was during the making of this film that he first crossed paths with director Sundar C, who was working as an assistant director at the time. Vichu Vishwanath’s collaboration with director Sundar C continued as he worked in the film “Murai Maman” in 1996. Concurrently, he also established a relationship with actress Raadhika and her production studio. In 2017, he transitioned to working on television under Sundar C’s television studio, Nandini.
