TheatreStory:
Anakapalli, an unadorned rural Telugu action-drama and romance film, is scheduled for release on October 2nd, 2026. It is around an ardent young man who falls in love with an innocent woman during a horrible rural conflict. Like Karna and Duryodhana, it has a vibrant relationship that develops into competition. Village Romance: The passionate story of Vikram Sahidev and Sandhya Vasishta is tainted by emotional suffering and brutal rural violence.
Mahabharata Analogy: Vikram Sahidev and Tarak Ponnappa’s portrayals of Karna and Duryodhana’s strong bond and eventual confrontation mirror the epic friendship of these two characters.Family Sentiment: To offset the brutal rural backdrop, Thrinadha Rao Nakkina and Indraja’s depictions of middle-class parents employ moving family moments.
