As an orphan, Janaki has faced numerous challenges throughout her life. She succeeds in completing her MBBS programme and becoming a physician. She works in a hospital and donates a large portion of her wages and time to charities because she recognises the struggles faced by the average person and wants to help them as much as she can. However, Abhiram was the multimillionaire GK’s sole son and heir. He completes his schooling in London and lives in an opulent environment while growing up. When he returns to Hyderabad, he hangs out with women and attends parties a lot. When he sees Janaki, he finds her attractive. Abhi agrees to take on his friends’ challenge of courting Janaki and putting her to bed.
Though Janaki leads a different lifestyle than he does, he begins to develop a relationship with her and is attracted to her. Janaki approaches Abhi after discovering his wager at his birthday celebration. Although he acknowledges that they were in a bet, he genuinely loves her and wants to live a lifetime with her. After leaving the party in a furious manner, Abhi arrives to drop her off at her hostel. As their argument goes on, they encounter an accident that leaves a mother dead and her son without parents. Abhi sustains injuries in the crash, but Janaki lives. He finds out that Janaki has gone to her orphanage after he awakens at the hospital.
