Mental Police Title Changed

Towards April end it was reported that the makers of actor Srikanth’s next film Mental Police was asked to remove the word ‘mental’ from the title. Reportedly, the makers have finally agreed to do so  by removing the word police from the title and they have come up with a new title, Mental.

In April the Police officers association had conducted a media briefing to warn the Tollywood filmmakers of not having anything derogatory about the cops. The High Court had also sent a legal notice to the demanding a change in title. The poster showed the actor sitting with a garland of chappals. The movie is set to come out in August 12 along with Babu Bangaram.
