Balakrishna will celebrate his 65th birthday on June 10th. He is currently shooting for his next film Akhanda 2 directed by Boyapati Srinu.
This film is a sequel to Akhanda and its teaser will be released on Balakrishna’s birthday. Boyapati has already started working on the teaser. The team is planning to release the film during the Dasara festival this year.
On his birthday, Balaaya will also launch a new film. He has agreed to do a mass entertainer with director Gopichand Malineni.
This will be their second film together after Veerasimha Reddy. Venkata Satish Kilaru will produce the movie under the Vriddhi Cinemas banner. An official announcement is expected soon.
Meanwhile Balaaya Babu is also in talks with director Harish Shankar for another project. Discussions are still ongoing, and more details are awaited.
