American actor Anthony Marc Shalhoub was born on October 9, 1953. His Arabic name is He is well-known for playing a range of parts on stage and screen, from dramatic to humorous. From 1991 to 1997, he played Antonio Scarpacci in the NBC sitcom Wings, which was his breakthrough role.
