Sona Heiden is a prominent Indian film actress, entrepreneur, and producer, renowned for her association with the South Indian film industry, especially Kollywood. Born on June 1, 1979, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, she earned recognition as Miss South India in 2002. Sona is widely recognized for her vibrant presence in item songs within the Tamil film industry. She marked her cinematic debut in the movie “Poovellam Un Vaasam,” where she portrayed the character of Anitha.

Sona Heiden’s educational background includes schooling at Lusarus Road Convent School and graduation from Annamalai University in Tamil Nadu. After completing her undergraduate studies, she pursued an Advanced Diploma in Fashion and Designing Marketing from Madurai Kamaraj University. In addition to her film career, Sona is a multi-talented entrepreneur, owning a production house in Columbia and launching fashion stores worldwide under the brand name “UNIQ.” Her entrepreneurial prowess earned her recognition as “The Best Entrepreneur” in the year 2010.
