Biography:

Richard Joel, a Mumbai-based founder, writer, and actor, completed his schooling at Don Bosco School in 2003 before venturing into the corporate world as a Management Trainee at Genpact. Transitioning from the finance sector, Richard embarked on his journey in the entertainment industry in 2009, where he has since thrived as a producer, writer, and actor, continually evolving and expanding his skills.

In 2020, drawing upon his decade-long exploration of various facets of the film industry, Richard co-founded ‘&Joefilms’. Alongside his entrepreneurial pursuits, he is a proficient theatre actor, actively participating in English and Hindi productions since 2009. Notable highlights of his acting career include a feature film directed by Bejoy Nambiar titled ‘Solo’, accessible on Netflix, and a prominent role in the ‘Thinkistan’ TV series, available on MX Player.

Furthermore, Richard has established himself as a seasoned voice actor, lending his talents to numerous projects since 2011. His diverse portfolio includes collaborations with esteemed clients such as Disney, Star Wars: Visions TV Series, Jaguar, Hyundai, Goibibo, Discovery Channel, Times Jobs, Nat Geo, Fox, and many others.
