Raiza Wilson

Biography:

Raiza Wilson is an Indian model and actress who has acted in Tamil films. She was born on April 9, 1989. She became well-known after participating in the Tamil reality TV program Bigg Boss. Her portrayal of Sindhuja in Pyaar Prema Kaadhal earned her the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut – South. Following her triumph, she went on to perform in movies like Coffee With Kadhal (2022), Poikkal Kuthirai (2022), FIR (2022), Varmaa (2020), and Dhanusu Raasi Neyargale (2019).

Wilson attended Nazareth Convent Girls High School and JSS International School in Ooty for her education before attending a college in Bangalore. She also managed the marketing, sales, and public relations for Bangalore’s Hint Lounge and Club while she was a student.  Wilson, who developed an interest in modeling, entered the Miss India South 2011 pageant in late 2010 and won the HICC Femina Miss South Beautiful Smile prize. In the 2017 Tamil film Velaiilla Pattadhari 2, Wilson made her acting debut as Vasundhara Parameshwar’s personal assistant, played by Kajol. Because she didn’t have a lot of screen time, her role was uncredited and small.
