Biography:

Nikita Galrani, born on January 3, 1992, in Bangalore, India, is an actress recognized for her contributions to Tamil and Malayalam cinema. Her notable films include “1983” (2014), “Vellimoonga” (2014), and “Darling” (2015), all of which achieved commercial success.

Coming from a Sindhi background, Nikita is the younger daughter of Manohar and Reshma Galrani, with an elder sister named Sanjjanaa, who is also an actress. Nikita received her education at Bishop Cotton Girls’ School in Bangalore, followed by her pre-university education at Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian College. Despite initially pursuing science, encouraged by her family to become a doctor, she eventually shifted gears to pursue fashion designing, a field she felt passionate about. Nikita embarked on a career in modeling and appeared in numerous advertisements before transitioning into acting.

Her film career took off with notable roles in successful films such as “1983” (2014), “Vellimoonga” (2014), “Darling” (2015), “Velainu Vandhutta Vellaikaaran” (2016), and “Kalakalappu 2” (2018). Nikita currently resides in Chennai, continuing to make her mark in the entertainment industry.
