Biography:

Neha Rajpal, also known as Nehha, is a versatile personality in the Indian music industry, making significant contributions as a producer, singer, and anchor. Born on 23 June 1978 in Dombivli, Maharashtra, India, Neha has left her mark on various musical genres, particularly in Hindi films and the Marathi regional music industry. Notably, she has showcased her talents in multiple Indian languages, including Bengali, Kannada, Telugu, Sindhi, Gujarati, and Chhattisgarhi.

Neha, who prefers the spelling ‘Nehha,’ embarked on her journey in the Marathi film industry as a producer with her maiden film titled “PhotoCopy.” Released in 2016 under the banner “Neha Rajpal Productions” in association with Viacom18, the film, written by national award winner Vijay Maurya and Yogesh Vinayak Joshi, received acclaim. The film’s music, in particular, was highly appreciated and won the Best Music Album of the Year (Listeners’ Choice) against successful productions like “Sairat.”

Apart from her accomplishments in the film industry, Neha has also made her mark in the field of medical sciences. She holds an MBBS degree and completed her medical schooling at MGM Medical College, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai.

Neha’s journey into the world of music includes training in classical vocals under Guru Vibhavari Bandhavkar of the Kirana gharana. Additionally, she received training in light music from the renowned music director Anil Mohile.

One of Neha’s notable contributions is her rendition of the Hindi dubbed song of the Telugu movie “Waltair Veerayya,” composed by the acclaimed director Devi Sri Prasad. The song, picturized on superstar Cheeranjivi and Shruti Hassan, showcased Neha’s versatility as a singer.
