His musical journey commenced early with training in Carnatic classical music under the tutelage of his Guru, “Vaaggeya Vidwanmani” Sri N.C. Murthy, starting in 2000.
Karunya’s first foray into the limelight came when he emerged victorious in the Padutha Theeyaga Junior series in 1998.
