Karunya, born on March 1, 1986, in Hyderabad, India, is a versatile Indian personality known for his multi-faceted career in singing, stage performance, hosting, songwriting, and YouTube content creation. His musical journey commenced early with training in Carnatic classical music under the tutelage of his Guru, “Vaaggeya Vidwanmani” Sri N.C. Murthy, starting in 2000.
Karunya’s first foray into the limelight came when he emerged victorious in the Padutha Theeyaga Junior series in 1998. He gained further recognition as a participant in the esteemed reality show Indian Idol Season 2, where he showcased his exceptional vocal talent.
