Born on November 14, 1982, in Mumbai into a family of jewelers, it was expected that he would eventually join the family business. However, his passion for movies was unparalleled. Despite this, when Mr. B. R. Chopra offered him the role of young Bheem in “Mahabharat,” he had to decline due to his father’s wishes. He attended Jai Hind College, where he joined the Social And Dramatic Union and discovered his talent for writing, setting him on a path from which he never looked back.
