Jagjeet Sandhu is an Indian actor and theatre artist known for his work in Punjabi and Hindi films, as well as television. He began his career in 2015 with the biographical film Rupinder Gandhi. Sandhu gained recognition for portraying “Bhola” in the Rupinder Gandhi film series, “Romi Gill” in Dakuaan Da Munda, and “Tarsem” in Sufna, which is regarded as his most notable role.
Born in 1990 or 1991 in Himmatgarh Chhanna, Fatehgarh district, Punjab, India, Sandhu earned a Master of Arts degree in Indian Theatre from Panjab University, Chandigarh. His Punjabi cinema debut came in 2015 with the supporting role of “Bhola” in Rupinder Gandhi – The Gangster..?, followed by his portrayal of “Speed” in Qissa Panjab.
In 2020, Sandhu starred in Jagdeep Sidhu’s romantic drama Sufna, earning critical acclaim for his performance. The same year, he played “Tope Singh” in the Amazon Prime Video series Paatal Lok.
