Chetan Hansraj (born 15 June 1972) is an Indian actor known for his work in films and television. He began his career as a child actor in 1980, starring in over 250 press advertisements and 30 ad films. His debut film “Kook Doo Koo” was selected for the children’s film festival in France in 1984. Hansraj made his television debut playing the role of young Balram in B.R. Chopra’s “Mahabharat.”
He gained further recognition for his roles in television dramas such as “Kkusum,” where he portrayed Garv, “Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii” as Sasha, “Virrudh” as Rudraksh, and “Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan” as Raja Bhimdev. Additionally, he appeared in the music video for Shweta Shetty’s pop album song “Deewane to Deewane Hai” alongside Kushal Punjabi and Akashdeep Saigal, released in 1997. Hansraj has also participated in reality shows like “Fear Factor India” and “Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao.”
