Indian actor Anupam Shyam Ojha, (20 September 195–8 August 2021) was known for his evil roles in both television and movies. In the STAR Plus TV series Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya, he portrayed Sajjan Singh Thakur (2009 and 2021).
Aside from that, he appeared in a number of international films set in India, including Lajja, Nayak, Dubai Return, Parzania, Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi (2005), Shakti: The Power, and Bandit Queen. He was also in the critically acclaimed film Slumdog Millionaire (2008).
His most recent appearance was in Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya 2, a popular series on Star Bharat Born in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Anupam Shyam Ojha attended the Bhartendu Academy of Dramatic Arts in Lucknow from 1983 to 1985.
Additionally, he backed the movement started by Anna Hazare on December 27, 2011. Roughly 45 days before turning 64, he passed away at Life Line Hospital on August 8, 2021, at the age of 63 from kidney failure.
