Anil Murali, an Indian actor who appeared in Malayalam films, died on July 30, 2020. He appeared in over 200 movies. He began his career in the movie business as a villain before transitioning towards character roles. He passed away on July 30, 2020, from liver-related conditions.

Muraleedharan Nair and Sreekumari Amma welcomed him into the world at Thiruvananthapuram. He has a younger sister and three older brothers. Suma was the wife of Anil. Aditya, a son, and Arundati, a daughter, are their children.
