Anand Ekarshi, born Sebastian K Abraham, is a Malayalam filmmaker who rose to prominence with his directorial debut, Aattam.
Prior to venturing into feature films, Ekarshi honed his craft by working on several Malayalam short films and music videos. He also gained experience during a brief period of mentorship under renowned filmmaker Imtiaz Ali.
In 2023, Ekarshi made his feature film debut with Aattam, which earned the prestigious Best Feature Film award at the 70th National Film Awards in India.
