Aarthi, also known as Harathi, is an Indian actress, comedian, and television host who works in Tamil films and TV dramas. She started acting as a child artist in the late 1990s and later ventured into stand-up comedy, appearing on shows like Super10 and Lollu Sabha.
In her film career, she gained popularity for her roles in movies like Arul (2004), Giri (2004), and Kundakka Mandakka (2005), often alongside actor Vadivelu. She received awards for her comedic performances in Padikkadavan (2009) and Kutty (2010).
Aarthi also participated in the Tamil reality TV show Bigg Boss in 2017, hosted by Kamal Haasan. She got married to fellow comedian Ganeshkar in October 2009, with whom she had been dance partners in the reality dance show Maanada Mayilada.
