Popularly known for his direction in the movie Alias Janaki(2013), Dayanand has received The Nandi Award for the best director for this movie. Born in Hyderabad, he spent most of his childhood at Amberpet. Dayanand then graduated from the Badruka College of Arts and Commerce in Hyderabad. After graduating in the year 1995, he joined The Madhu Film Institute and started his career as a dancer and gradually worked his way to being an assistant director for Pawan Kalyan’s various movies.
Apart from his debut from Alias Janaki, Dayanand Reddy is also known for his work in Siddhartha (2016), George Reddy (2019), Kanneeti Katthi (The Teary Sword) (2019), and many more such different concept movies.
