Regina Cassandra isn’t doing Krishna Vamsi’s film for free

Regina Cassandra who is presently busy filming two projects, one with filmmaker Krishna Vamsi and the other, titled Jo Achuthananda, with director Avasarala Srinivasa Rao.

After the Sundeep Kishan story of him working without a dime for Okka Ammayi Thappa were reported, people started talking about Regina who is supposed be working for Krishna Vamsi’s movie for free. However, turns out that the news is baseless and does not have any truth to it.

An English daily reported the story and quoted a source as saying, “The actress cut short her USA tour and came back to Hyderabad to take part in the shooting process of Krishna Vamsi’s film. She is very, very keen and excited about the project but there is no truth to the rumours that she isn’t charging a fee for the movie. She certainly is getting a remuneration. Krishna Vamsi is known for his well-fleshed and good portrayal of women. There are many actreses in Tollywood who want to work with him, so Regina is happy to have bagged the project.” The film stars Sundeep Kishan as the hero.
