Story:

Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai, which translates to “Seven Seas Seven Hills,” is a romantic psychological thriller film in Tamil that was written and directed by Ram and produced by Suresh Kamatchi under V House Productions in 2024. Nivin Pauly, Anjali, and Soori are the main actors. Yuvan Shankar Raja wrote the soundtrack and score for the movie, while N. K. Ekambaram and Mathi V. S. handled the editing and cinematography, respectively.

The movie got great reviews when it debuted worldwide at the International Film Festival Rotterdam. Although it hasn’t been released in theaters yet, it was one of the 12 films chosen to compete for the VPRO Big Screen award at the Rotterdam film festival.The narrative takes place aboard a moving train, where a meeting between an 8,000-year-old immortal, a 32-year-old everyman, and a rat sets off a chain of events that will ultimately entwine their fates.
