Story:

Rowdy Fellow is a 2014 Indian Telugu language political action comedy film, written and directed by Krishna Chaitanya. This action-packed mashup stars Nara Rohit as a charming Rowdy and Vishakha Singh as his fiery leading lady. Get ready for laughs, twists, and even a touch of political satire! Rana Prathap Jayadev, a wealthy and arrogant individual, becomes embroiled in a clash when a political rally organized by MP Asuragana Durga Prasad’s cohorts disrupts his peace. This altercation with the rally’s organizers leads to police involvement, with the Superintendent of Police (SP) demanding an apology from Rana. Despite initial resistance, Rana eventually apologizes to the organizers but issues a warning to the SP.

Motivated by a desire for retribution, Rana takes an unexpected turn by becoming a police officer. Using his wealth and influence, he secures a Sub-Inspector position in a rural area, where he employs unconventional methods to maintain law and order, becoming a source of frustration for the SP. Along the way, Rana forges a friendship with Constable Reddy and develops romantic feelings for Megha, the SP’s daughter.

Rana’s journey takes a serious turn as he investigates the disappearance of a head constable. Uncovering corruption within the police department, he discovers the involvement of Prasad’s henchmen and a corrupt CI in a case of lockup death. The unfolding events expose a network of deceit, leading to tragic consequences for the constable and the demise of the corrupt CI during a pursuit. Rana’s pursuit of justice uncovers layers of corruption, transforming him and those around him in the process.

Vengeance turned to reform for Rana. He exposed police corruption, fought for justice, and even won over Prasad’s daughter. But old wounds reopened, leading to accidental tragedy. Betrayal and a final showdown left victory stained with loss.
