Parvati Nair

Biography:

Model and actress Parvati Nair, who was born on December 5, 1992, is from India and works in the South Indian film business. She received her training as a software expert from Manipal Institute of Technology before being born into a Malayali family in Abu Dhabi. She began modeling when she was 15 years old.

During her holiday break in December 2012, Nair made her acting debut in the Malayalam film Poppins as the lead in the five segments directed by V. K. Prakash. She then starred in a number of critically acclaimed films in all four South Indian film industries, including Story Kathe (2014) and Yennai Arindhaal (2015).

She won the Best Kannada Debut Actress Award at the South Indian International Movie Awards for her portrayal of a young journalist in Story Kathe, and she was nominated for a Filmfare Award for her portrayal of a spiteful wife in Yennai Arindhaal. She played an English lecturer in the critically acclaimed and financially successful Vascodigama in 2015.

Parvati was born into a Malayali family in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Her older brother, Shankar, is a selector for the ipl team “Kings11 Punjab.” Her mother is a professor and her father runs a business out of Dubai.

She graduated with a degree in computer science and engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology in Manipal, Karnataka, India, with the intention of working as a software engineer. She attended Our Own English High School in Abu Dhabi. She received a Guinness record for being a member of the group that created the world’s longest painting while still a student. She disapproved of India’s caste system. After competing in “Miss Karnataka,” winning the title, and becoming an ambassador for Mysore Sandal Soap, she transitioned into modeling full-time. She was crowned “Navy Queen Kerala” and then made countless print and television commercial appearances.
