Story:

Hrudayantar is a Marathi-language drama film helmed by Vikram Phadnis and produced by Young Berry Entertainment, Imtiaz Khatri, Purvesh Sarnaik, and Vikram Phadnis Productions in collaboration with TOABH Entertainment.

Starring Subodh Bhave and Mukta Barve in pivotal roles, the movie delves into the emotional journey of a couple grappling with marital discord amidst challenging circumstances. Samaira, a working mother, resides with her two daughters, Nitya and Nysha. Her husband Shekhar, a hotelier, is often absent, straining their relationship to the breaking point, eventually leading to their decision to part ways. However, their plight worsens when Nitya is diagnosed with Leukemia.

This project also marks Vikram Phadnis’s directorial debut, transitioning from his role as a prominent Bollywood fashion designer. Notably, “Hrudayantar” is the third collaboration between Barve and Bhave, who previously worked together in the film “Ek Daav Dhobi Pachhad” and the 2006 Marathi show “Agnishikha.” The film premiered on July 7, 2017, and featured a guest appearance by Hrithik Roshan, marking his debut in Marathi cinema. “Hrudayantar” was well-received by audiences.
