TheatreAvunu is a Telugu-language horror thriller film written, produced, and directed by Ravi Babu, and presented by Suresh Productions. The film stars Malayalam actress Poorna in the lead role, with Harshvardhan Rane as the male lead. The music is composed by Shekar Chandra, and the cinematography is handled by N. Sudhakar Reddy.
The plot centers around a newly-wed couple who move into a new house, only to encounter unsettling supernatural occurrences. The situation escalates when a boy tells them that a spirit inhabits their home.
Released on 21 September 2012 and made on a budget of ₹45 Lakhs, the film is loosely inspired by the 1982 American supernatural horror film The Entity. It was also dubbed in Hindi under the title Aatma Ka Ghar.
