The renowned Telugu filmmaker Singeetam Srinivasa Rao has returned to directing at the age of 94, and it is not surprise that the project has piqued audience curiosity. The title and release date of the Nag Ashwin-produced movie, Sing Geetham, were revealed today.

On June 11, 2026, Sing Geetham opens in theatres. Singeetam Srinivasa Rao has created distinctive films with intriguing subjects throughout his career, and Sing Geetham appears to be no exception based on the teaser. It is a musical fantasy performer that incorporates aspects of fantasy.

A director is truly brilliant if they can keep us interested in a teaser without giving away too much about the story. Shalini Kondepudi, Ayaan, and Ahalya Bamroo, the youthful lead actors, all look great in their parts. Once again, Singeetam’s distinctive approach of fusing humor with imagination is evident.

The movie is also excellent technically. Devi Sri Prasad’s music gives the narrative a new tone, while Ankur C’s photography is aesthetically pleasing. The environment that art director Aravind Mule created gives the story more depth, and the production qualities are excellent. Other important roles are played by Sivannarayana, Tulasi, Banerjee, and Agu Stanley.
