TheatreSukumar’s Nenokkadine is a 2014 Indian Telugu-language action thriller film. Ram Achanta, Gopichand Achanta, and Anil Sunkara produced the film under the 14 Reels Entertainment label, while Eros International distributed it. Mahesh Babu and Kriti Sanon feature in the film, which marks her acting debut. Nassar, Pradeep Rawat, and Kelly Dorji play supporting characters. Gautham Krishna, Mahesh Babu’s son, made his film debut as a younger version of the protagonist. 1: Nenokkadine centres around Gautham, a rock musician with schizophrenia who is missing 25% of his brain’s grey matter, and his search for his parents with the help of Sameera, a journalist.
Sukumar began working on 1: Nenokkadine’s script after finishing 100% Love (2011), with the film’s foundation being a bus driver’s story about a youngster who claims his parents were murdered on his bus. The film’s director of photography was R. Rathnavelu, and its editor was Karthika Srinivas. The soundtrack and background score were written by Devi Sri Prasad. 1: Nenokkadine was introduced on February 12, 2012, and main photography began on April 23, 2012, and ended in late October 2013. It was shot in London, Belfast, and Bangkok, as well as in Indian locations such as Hyderabad, Mumbai, Goa, Chennai, and Bangalore. It was the most costly Telugu film at the time of its release, with a budget of 60-70 crores.
