Pooja Jhaveri talked about her recent film, 47 Days, to media. The film is a murder mystery and she doesn’t want to reveal too much too early. But she talked about experience and how the movie changed in her real life too. She said, “I am a very bubbly girl in nature and I like to be highly expressive too. But the role in my film is a complete opposite to that. I need to keep a straight face all the time and that became difficult for me. I got used to it and that changed my approach to a character.”
She talked about her director, Pradeep Maddali and praised him. She said, “He (director) is from Puri Jagannadh’s school and hence, his work is relatively quicker than others I worked with. I am happy to be playing the role and working with him, brought out a different shade of my performance. Also, hero, Satyadev is extremely professional and in sync with all the proceedings.”
About her choices in films and the kind of roles she wants play, the actress said, “I am happy to be doing intense roles. In fact, I would like to do them as many as possible. I can always do a glam doll role but it will be great to be known as a performer who can play in different characters. I want to do more intense roles at this point of time, that will help me establish myself as an actress.”
