Biography:

Yuri Suri, born on August 22, 1950, in Delhi, India, led a multifaceted career that spanned several domains. Initially recognized for his accomplishments as a Fighter Pilot in the Indian Air Force, he made significant contributions to the fields of aviation. His remarkable journey included being shortlisted as an Indian astronaut in 1992. However, in the same year, he transitioned to a new chapter as an FM Radio Broadcaster. His broadcasting career saw him as an Indian guest for various international radio channels, and he became a prominent figure in the FM radio industry.

Beyond radio, Yuri Suri shared his expertise as a Trainer, specializing in imparting the Art of Speaking and Radio Skills to aspiring young students. He also took on the role of an Anchor for FM Radio Stations, hosting Quiz and Road Watch shows. In 1997, he expanded his horizons by conducting lectures, training sessions, and workshops in colleges across India, particularly in Delhi. His core belief was that life skills, including self-confidence, determination, hard work, patience, and teamwork, were the distinguishing factors between winners and losers.

In the year 2000, Yuri Suri ventured into the world of acting, making a mark in both television and Bollywood. He portrayed diverse characters, such as Jamaal in “Kites,” Rajkumar Khangar in “Jodha Akbar,” Pasha in “Lamhaa,” and Paaji in “Sharafat Gayii Tel Lenne.” His standout performance came in the movie “Aisha,” where he portrayed Col. Singh. Yuri Suri’s journey was marked by relentless effort and determination, ultimately earning him recognition and acclaim on a global scale.
