Indian actor, producer, and director of motion pictures Uppalapati Narayana Rao is well-known for his work in Telugu film and television. His work on the successful films Jaitra Yatra (1991), Rakshana (1993), Ala Modalaindhi (2011), and Anthaku Mondhu Aa Tharuvatha (2013) is what made him most famous.
He was the head of content at Doordarshan, Gemini, ETV, and MAA. In addition, he worked for two years(2010–2012) as the creative head for South Indian programming at Balaji Telefilms, where he assisted in the creation and curation of Telugu TV shows.
